Although the town has expanded significantly in recent years, the historic district or 'Old Summerville' still has a small town feel to it while being only 30 to 40 minutes from the enchanting port city of Charleston and the gardens and plantations along the Ashley River.

About the Property

This property was built in the late 70's and is located in the historic district of Summerville, SC. It is a small home and ideal for weekly or monthly stays in the Summerville area.

Quick access to all shopping and restaurants in Summerville as well as a short drive to Charleston, SC and the beaches of the South Carolina low country.

In 2010 the home was completely renovated and now has every modern convenience. Exterior makeover for the house in 2020.

Hunting on 500 acres for deer, quail and doves may be available upon request and based on seasonal hunting laws.
